	This will be a badge I will be doing on my own /with my Daddy. 
</p>

<p>
	It's basically one I'll be working on to help with being more capable of going outside. I suffer from social anxiety, over stimulation when i do and agoraphobia.  I'm not sure yet, what exactly it'll entail, but I do know it's probably going to fall under the "challenge" category. I'm looking at 3 months minimum. It'll depend mostly on the exercises i do to work on improving these "difficulties". 
</p>

<p>
	This will also be a " badge(s)" within a badge type of thing. For instance...
</p>

<p>
	* ?# of times to sit outside. 
</p>

<p>
	* Go to the laundry mat ?# of times
</p>

<p>
	* Go swimming
</p>

<p>
	* Go for a short drive with Daddy 
</p>

<p>
	* Make it to my Dr appointment (without rescheduling)
</p>

<p>
	And possibly other things as I go. 
</p>

<p>
	There are badges for swimming, farmers market, library, museums, etc... At the end of my challenge, I'll get a special pin for each phase.
</p>

<p>
	Then the second phase will begin. Which I'll post at a later date. 
</p>

<p>
	I'll keep things posted here as i accomplish them and such. 
</p>

<p>
	I'll be starting on May 1st and it'll end on August 1st. 
</p>

<p>
	If anyone else suffers from any or all of these, you're welcome to join me. No pressure. If phase one is not accomplished the first time around, then it can be repeated. Noooo stress! Noooooo pressure! Noooo judgement. Just help and understanding.

	I'll post what i actually intend to do in the next day or so. Also, if anyone does join in, you can change any of these challenge activities to fit your own needs.

	Cleaning<span> </span>my<span> </span>room... it's bad, really bad. When the girls and I left my ex 10 yrs ago, we went to a shelter with what was in the car. Later that month, the landlord kicked my ex out of thr house and I had to clean out the house in 12 hours. My church helped and someone paid for a storage unit until we got a new place<span> </span>to live a few months later. A lot of our stuff was packed by others and some was stolen from the storage unit. We moved again a couple of years later to our current house right after the school year started and had about a week to move, so stuff was again packed by others and stored in random places, like my room.

	Over the past 8 years I've had to buy<span> </span>stuff I know I have coz I can't find it, then find it and don't know what to do...

	I also find stuff from before my ex (we were only together a few years) and remember who I was and get overwhelmed. 
</p>

	Plus, as a teacher, I have tons of supplies I store in my house....
</p>

	So cleaning my room is overwhelming. 
</p>

	I have already taken 12 bags of trash out in the past 24 hrs. Half the dumpster is full! I've also donated 2 carloads of stuff, too!
</p>

	My goal is to finish the room by tomorrow noon. I have a guy from church coming over tomorrow late afternoon to help build my new bedframe and take my new mattress out of the box. I bought it in June, but wasn't able to get my room clean to build it. This is for me.

	I'll add pictures when I'm finished, but please keep comments positive and encouraging. This is something I am extremely sensitive about as it brings back childhood trauma as well.

	This badge is for those of us that struggle with cleaning, not because we don't want to be more tidy, but because it can be a mental issue for some.  Many things can cause these issues, such as depression, trauma, anxiety, becoming overwhelmed, etc...
</p>

<p>
	Whatever your personal reasons,  this badge is only here to cheer you on! To let you know we are in your corner! 
</p>

<p>
	Requirements are listed in the Badge topic post. A couple of others that need to be mentioned are:
</p>

<p>
	Photos need to be submitted.  If you don't want to do it here, then send a message to me.  And post them there.  
</p>

<p>
	Everyone is welcome to join that is struggling with this. And those that just want an extra boost to what you already do. 
</p>

<p>
	Other "special" badges will be posted along the way, and not all will be like this.  
</p>

	1. In new topic, place your name as the topic heading, and this is where you can write your posts, post pictures,  activities you be doing, etc... 
</p>

	2. Write down what activities you are wanting to achieve in your endeavors. For example,  Cleaning out the closet,  organizing, etc... anything that you want to specify. 
</p>

	3. You can add anything you want, this is a personal badge and everyone is different. 
</p>

	4. No Time limit. Just be sure to check in occasionally and let us know how you're doing. 
</p>

	Remember! There is no wrong way too do this.  So do not stress about it.
