This lady is 66 and as you can see, is a 🌟ROCKSTAR🌟 Granny has been on her fitness journey for 8 years. It started when she had arthritis and worked on building muscle around those joints to help with the pain. I’ll post more of his videos along the way - but I love that he’s a male that talks about the pressures of body expectations for men. I have a soft spot for the male species and everything they have to go through , and it’s often thought that only women have to look “sexy or hot”. 
 

Men have a lot of pressure on them too … “He has to be 6 feet tall or more , he has to have a six pack and a huge thick dick and if he’s got a dad bod it has to be a SPECIFIC dad bod or he’s just lazy and fat.” That kind of vibe.
