I'm really focusing on curing my polycystic ovarian syndrome by transitioning to veganism. I practice yoga and tai chi almost daily. I'm also trying to run at least 2 miles a day. Running is probably the hardest thing for me to do because I kind of despise it. I also want to get in better shape because I'm going to school to become a bodyworker and that requires a lot of physical work.

my health goals are to eat healthily in general and completely recover from my ed. i want to be 100% confident with my body, and i'm nearly there!
