Any daddy's or littles from London here that would be interested in a regular meet up? I've noticed there's a big UK/London community on here, and it might be good if we could organize a monthly meet up or something (drinks maybe?).

Just leave a note if you'd be interested, and if we get enough of us to form a sizeable social group, we can start arranging it. Ideas for what to do and where to go are also welcome.

Hey! I'm not in London but I'm about two hours away so I'd definitely take the trip if it were a monthly thing - I think it'd be pretty cool (although I don't drink so I guess I'm kinda lame in that sense).

    I'd be interested in attending.

Nothing wrong with meeting in a pub or cafe to start. If we want to mix it up sometimes, how about some event where we get to craft/make stuff and have a drink at the same time?

On a quick search I found Libreria Bookshop (Hanbury St, E1) mention Printing Workshops with "a nice chilled beer for this thirsty work". I know there are others places like Drink Shop & Do (Caledonian Road, N1 - website seems to be down at the moment!) who have a night where you work in teams to build lego robots (drinks available with or without alcohol). Probably we can find other such venues, I guess we would want to keep costs down. Plus up-coming events in the London calendar (see TimeOut listings etc) a lot of which are free.

    :-)

Hello! I'd love to come to a meet up, it would be so much fun! I've never met any Daddies or Littles irl so it would be amazing to be able to do that. Potential ideas as to where to meet could include a park somewhere, like Hyde Park or something like that? Seeing as the weather is becoming nicer too it could kind of be like a picnic! But it's just an idea :)

Yep, interested! But we should set up some rules first.

Eg. no cameras, a more conservative dress code, no public announcements to non-registered people, no pacifiers or bottles ...

Oh, and no public spankings :D

I understand the concerns about setting up an atmosphere that feels safe for all and is somewhat discreet in public, sticking with alcohol-free drinks etc. I agree we should make it as welcoming and as inclusive as possible.

If people like the crafting idea, there's places that sometimes have events where we make stuff and have a tea party such as Tea and Crafting and Paint Jam London. Again costs might put people off, it's just an idea - we could probably arrange this ourselves in a public park by bringing along some art supplies. However there's plenty of other things we could do :-)

Or how about meeting in the afternoon rather than evening? Perhaps a Sunday afternoon at the South Bank, we can have a picnic, take in the sights along the thames, visit a gallery etc?

This sounds like a good idea! Everyone is more or less free on the weekend, or can make time and the weather is too nice to not spend it outdoors. There's lots to see in London (:

OK, sounds like we have more than enough people interested. Is sometime in June OK for everyone for our first meet up? The weather should be pretty good, and we could all meet on a weekend and hang out for a day. There's lots of time to plan and get to know each other in group chat before June, and it's not that far away, so that's why I picked that month. With activities, let's try to think of things we could all do together as a big group.

June would be awesome! There would be no Uni for most people by that point and the weather (as you said) should be really nice! <3

A London based summer meet certainly sounds like a great idea.
