Since there seem to be some artsy people on this forum, and it looks like most of us littles/middles love cartoons and Disney and suchhhhh u-u I was wandering: does any of you actually animate as a hobby or study it in school? Or simply take a "deeper" interest in animation? (like not just "passively" enjoying cartoons and animated movies but actually researching learning and reading about it and how it's done and such!) I am currently learning 2d but I plan on learning 3d as well c: I honestly don't have my hopes up since mayyyybe it's not such a common hobby or whatever (or maybe I'm not alone? ) but I still hope to see some people commenting here XD see ya! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My friend and I just started out own (hobby) production company and I want to do some short animation films, as well as our title sequence. It's a lot of fun to play around wit, but I haven't gotten very far yet. hahaWow that's really cool •0• I've just started myself so I don't even plan on making something like a short XD that's SO much work!! Best of luck to you and your friend! And I've never heard of animaker before, I looked it up and it looks pretty fun! But I can't seem to find much info on how it works so I hope you don't mind me asking a few questions I've seen that it allows you to pick some premade characters and animation pre-sets or something, not so sure tho xd Does it allow you to animate frame by frame as well? I've read somewhere that it uses adobe flash to animate, so if you want to make your own characters and stuff you have to import animations made in flash and then edit in animaker?
