Bowtiedupprincess
Hi everyone I'm new to the lifestyle but not new to being little. I'm an older little, 37 to be exact. I've always had this innocent, naive outlook on the world, always giving people the benefit of the doubt and seeing the good in everyone. Since I was 3 I've never put down my crayons or stopped watching cartoons. I've often been described as immature and a princess when I'm in a "wanty" mood. I was so happy when I found out about this lifestyle! I just wanted to know if anyone else can relate to this: sometimes my little seems older, sometimes she seems younger. I get so confused and often think I have multiple personalities! Like when I go into my "princess" mode, I'm sarcastic, and a little, ahem, spoiled. I treat myself to pretty things, like shoes, and clothes, and make up, and I have to have it right now! I would say that my princess little is around 10. Then there's my "toddler" little, where I have to get my crayons out, turn on the toons, and I even talk in "wittle" talk. I even use my paci. I would identify her as around 3. But I'm not always a little, I am a grown woman in most aspects of my life, I have children and a career and am very much an independent woman. I love my "toddler" little, it relaxes me to lay around and color! But often I find that I'm trying to hide my "princess". I can tend to get a little bold with my words and I'm afraid I might hurt someone's feelings. I don't really like me when I'm her, if that makes any sense? I'd rather just keep it to 2 personalities, lol. So I guess my question is, should I continue to hide her or embrace it?
lilvioletcub
I have a little (younger) and a middle (slightly older) side and honestly for me it's easier keeping them seprate becuse it makes sense now regarding my feelings and such
Guest Federlilie
I'm completely new to all this, I wouldn't know what my little age is... but oh well, I'd say it ranges from time to time, just as you described. But I wouldn't neglect her. Embrace her, she is you, as long as you don't hurt people around you, why stop? :3
daddyslittlefrenchprincess
It's really freaky how much you sound like me. I too can be very much a spoiled princess type. But also very toddlerish at times. Usually when I'm sick or sad or very sleepy. Then I want my blankie and paci and to color. I get very cuddly and quiet. When I'm feeling princessy I do NOT like to be told no or denied anything. I can be very bratty. I may even argue and antagonize. I don't like her much either. And she ends up being very upset because everyone else is mad at her for being "bitchy"
Bowtiedupprincess
Thanks for the replies!! It's hard to suppress her anyways, sometimes I don't even realize I'm acting this way! @nobodysprincess, I'm so glad I'm not alone! I have actually been called a bitch for the things that come out of my mouth! It's like I have no filter. I don't think before I speak, I wait till after, and then realize, wow, I shouldn't have said that. Ugh!! Can I send you a request? I think we'd get along well, as long as we don't go into princess mode at the same time ~giggles~
