How to determine your little age?

It basically boils down to how old you feel when you're in little space and what activities catch your eye. Like i say I'm 6 because I tend to feel like I'm about 6 years old and I prefer activities reserved for children at that age like playing with Barbies, coloring, doing puzzles. But it's not fixed. Sometimes I feel like I'm about 2 or 3 but mostly I'm around 6.

Pay attention to the things she likes to do or the way she acts and that should help you figure it out.

Each person's little age is a very personal, individual thing - it depends entirely on the person!

It might be something that she gradually figures out as she explores her littlespace. Some people catergorise their age based on the age group the toys/items they use in littlespace are marketed towards. So, for example, if they play with toys that are advertised for 2-3 year olds, they might decide they identify with that age group. If they enjoy pacifiers or bottles or diapers/nappies, they might feel they fall into the 0-3 year old category. If they prefer things marketed towards older children, such as board games or similar, they might feel they fit more into the 6+ age group.

However, again, it's all very personal and unique to each person. Some Littles enjoy pacifiers and bottles, but feel that as a Little their behaviour and mannerisms and thought-pattern are more suited to 6-10 years old. Or vice versa. There's not a line between age groups which says that if a Little is one category, they can't enjoy features of another category. This world is entirely ours to make!

It's also super important to remember that there is no pressure on anybody to decipher what age they are in littlespace. It's totally okay to just go with the flow, see what makes you and your partner(s) happy! As long as everything is safe, consensual and healthy, it's all good.

Best of luck! ^_^

I don't know my little age either, and never know how to explain it. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you don't know, as long as you're happy and feeling little, that's all that matters.

If you're looking for a concrete newer like I was, personally I sat down with a crayon and some paper and made a list of all the little things I really like. Then I took that list to the Internet and found out what the age average age ranges were for those things. It is mostly about a feeling but some people fee a need to have a literal, concrete answer. That's what helped me hammer it out because I can be both artistic and mathematical. Whatever you decide you're an amazing little no matter you little or real age and there will always be someone there for you to support you. (๑°꒵°๑)・*♡ (ღ˘⌣˘ღ) (♡ ὅ ◡ ὅ )ʃ♡

Some littles don't even have a specific age. For example, I like things from a pretty big spectrum of ages, and even my behaviour can shift from one age to another depending on mood. Sometimes I'm very toddler-like and others I'm more of a middle. There's no need to try and define it if you don't want to :)

my age is between 4 or 6, but mostly around 5. I picked that age because like everyone says, its what you identify with the most. Its also the age in my life when things were the best! When life was good and there was no trauma yet. When I go into little space , its because i want to go back to that time and just feel free and happy.

This board is really helpful! I haven't felt a huge need to get down a definite age for my little feelings but you see a lot of people asking for that 'little age'. And while it's cool when you can be specific, it's good to see people assuring that no, you don't have to be, but also giving tips on narrowing down your age range for when you do want a number that best suits you.

So while I don't have anything worthwhile to add to the discussion, I appreciate everything that's been said. ^^;
