Hey guys... I am having a lot of issues getting into little space lately. I think maybe my mental illnesses are getting stronger (i'm in recovery) and it's causing exhaustion and lack of desire for anything. I still wear my occasional diaper (twice a week approx rn) and hop on webkinz sometimes. Maybe the loneliness is getting to me in ways that i am not comfortable with (Daddy always being busy) and needing little friends. The world is moving too quickly for me and I feel caught in my adult  and progressive life, that I can't seem to just let loose and be myself. I need advice and suggestions.

 

Also, if you know of anything that could help slip me into little space, please suggest them. Anything! Music, art, videos, hobbies, websites, etc.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble. When the Adult world gets to unbearable and my Daddy can't be there, for me, it can almost feel like the little world doesn't exist because the adult world is so awful it makes the little world seem unreachable. For me I do three things, in this order and it usually helps. First I thing of some of my favorite little memories I have usually with my Daddy and kinda try to relive them out in your mind, then I change into my little pajamas and grab 2 of my favorite stuffed animals or any favorite little items, last I put on a disney Princess movie and put one stuffed animal on either side of my and have a movie night with them. It help me but is also more or less inconspicuous to my roommates since I wear footy pjs all the time and they don't really think twice about the stuffed animals.

 

I hope that this might help or give you some ideas that do help.

When you're having a hard time feeling Little, talking to other Littles helps. So, find some other Littles that you can talk to and connect with (my Inbox is always open hehe). Other things you can do is watch cartoons/Disney movies, or colour. Doing these Little things (even outside of LittleSpace) can help you feel Little. Putting on pjs, playing with stuffies... They all help. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me. I check my messages at least once a day and I've been a Little for about 6 years now, so I have quite a bit of experience in these kinds of things.

I suggest a bubble bath because it sounds like you could use some relaxation. To make it more Little, you could use the Johnson's Baby Bedtime Bubble Bath, use a paci if you have one, play with bath toys, and listen to any music that makes you feel little.
