Can you explain to me how to make Thai tea please? I bought one powdered tea a few months ago but I can’t find the recipe! 

The tea seems to be basic black tea with spices (star abuse, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric) and then some sweetened condensed milk. The tastes of those spices feel right.
