I used to run 5Ks and I once did the Blue Ridge half marathon! And that was kind of the end of my running career cause I really hurt my hip during that race anyway... I went with a group of dermatology doctors and orthopedic doctors the dermatology doctors were especially funny when we went to the beach and they were all completely covered up! 😉🤣 1
