Lately, I've been struggling with a lot issues due to being bisexual and coming to terms with the fact that I'm androgyne. Last weekend, I came out on social media as adrogyne. People's reactions combined with irl adult life has left me too stressed out to get into little space. I thought that getting new little gear would help and it did a little, but I still wasn't able to get fully into little space.

What should I do?

Have you identified some of the specific triggers that help you enter into little space or is the issue that you cannot keep yourself in little space due to the stress outside that?

I cannot give you a perspective from the little aspect however you might want focus on eliminating some of the negative aspects outside of little space that are preventing you from getting into little space.

In the event there is anything that I can do, even simply listen I am here for you.

Thank you, guys.

As for triggers, I know some of them, but I don't actually have access to them at the moment. If that makes sense. The rest I still attempting to figure out.

I don't really know how else to answer. So sorry if I don't make a lot of sense.

for me, feeling small isn't a place i can retreat to when i'm stressed out, sad, or preoccupied with other things either, so i definitely know your pain!

it can be hard to feel vulnerable, happy, & carefree like a child when you've got a whole lot to worry about or on your plate.

in my experience, it's best to just not force it.

if it happens naturally, it happens.

if not, don't beat yourself up over it!

doing the things that you usually do when your small, even if you don't feel small might be weird at first, but it's the ritual of it that works for me.

just don't get frustrated & let it come naturally.

think of it like being happy.

happiness just comes to you, you can't always force yourself to feel that way.

be patient & gentle with yourself, & reach out to those who care about you.
