Does anyone else use dummies either as a little or for their little- if so, do you ever put them in the freezer to cool them and yourself down and does it help???

My daddy started doing it because I couldn't sleep at night, especially in the hot weather, and kept being told off daily but I'm not sure its working :( I just need tips and tricks to help with trying to stay cool- my daddy is trying lots of things but hes stumped with it as the UK just seems to be getting hotter .-.

 Thanks everyone!

You can get water/gel filled teething rings etc; what about putting those in the freezer? You can also get special mats for dogs to lay on that have gel and stuff to keep the mat cool, what about using one of them to sleep on? You can also put a wet toel over a pedestal fan to make the air it blows cooler.

I have a gel mat with unicorns on it that I put underneath me when I go to sleep. I got it on Amazon.

I mean putting the me in the freezer might help haha Pudgybun, but Im not sure daddy will agree with that method .-. I will have to look at the mats and the teething rings- I usually sleep with a nummie so it might help having something in my mouth thats cool (well that was the theory with the nummies)

I will have to try cooling my feet down too!

Thankyou all for your replies, many helps, much thanks <3

I always put a bottle of water in the freezer until it is like just frozen over (small ice layer) because drinking ice cold water in the hot weather is really helpful! As soon as I take out the bottle, I replace it with another bottle, because I hate not having cold water. Also, try sleeping with a fan on you, I like the breeze fixed on me, but if you don't, putting it in rotation or just on facing another way will help circulate the air  and help keep it cooler. :p You could also try filling the dummy tip with water and then putting it in the freezer, as it will then stay cooler for longer! I hope this helps ^_^
