Guest softestbun Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 Hi! I am a huge stuffie enthusiast and love to collect them when I can but sometimes they can be super expensive! I'm here to ask all littles (and middles or bigs who love stuffies too) to share your favorite shops to buy stuffies, plushies, and squishies! The more inexpensive, the better! But I'm totally willing to spend a few extra on really good quality or really cute ones! P.S. I am big big fan of Sanrio and Pokemon plushies! So big plus to any shops that have those!
Guest Mr.Stuffykins Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) I've bought from these sites before and their prices are relatively low. https://www.squishable.com/ https://www.tofucute.com/ https://www.blippo.com/toys/plushies Im curious to see what shops littles use^^ Edited September 1, 2019 by Mr.Stuffykins 2
Lollipox Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 My friend gets hers off of ebay fairly often. She likes Sanrio and Pokemon a lot too. I have gotten a few off ebay myself, they were perfectly fine quality. @Australian littles: I normally look at Kmart, Target or even The Reject Shop (dollar store). Kmart often has cute plushies and toys for a reasonable price. The other option is to go thrifting and check their tags as to how or if they can be washed. Some are washing machine friendly (mostly modern ones compared to old/vintage).
Guest LittleBunBun84 Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) This might be a little controversial but have you tried eBay? I've bought a few second hand Build a Bears on eBay which came with clothes and were really cheap but in amazing condition! You can find some great stuffies on there and all they need is a little hand wash and they're good as new... I think I feel bad that they need a new home so I usually look there first. I just noticed that Pox already mentioned eBay so I second that! Edited September 1, 2019 by LittleBunBun84
LittleTeacup Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 I know a few secondhand options have been mentioned already (eBay, thrift shops), but price wise they can't be beat. Also check local yard sales, estate sales, and antique shops (some stretch the definition of antique and include toys from the 80s and 90s). Many can be washed easily.
