Andriel_Isilien Posted June 5, 2022 Report Share Posted June 5, 2022 - wearing cute clothes such as overalls, skirts, dresses, stockings, and those big shirts that almost hangs down to your knees - cute music like from Animal Crossing has been my favorite the past month - my giant teddy bear - coloring (I prefer the adult coloring books) - my paci - I have a weighted blanket to feel covered and safe in - nearly pictures of everything cute like cute lunches, snacks, animals, outfits, etc (I have a Pinterest board filled with these) - I love it when I sit in a char that is just a bit too high for me and my feet can swing - oh and cartoons of course I love this and seeing everyone's lists! Snuggling with my stuffy, or with my man. Being sleepy, or just having woken up. Walking the mall. Doing my chores, and showering and putting on comfy pajamas. Puppies! I love walking up to and petting people's dogs. I have to remember to say hello to the owners and ask permission sometimes, oops The people I work with - I work with the elderly, who remind me of how young I am all the time, despite being a grown woman! Even the patronizing feels nice sometimes. By that same token, being really polite and reminding myself of my manners and to be good, makes me feel little. Going for drives, especially when I have better things I should be doing than driving aimlessly listening to my jams lmao, puts me in a younger space for sure, 'cause I used to do it a ton when I first started driving. 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I highly recommend you register every item or event that triggers your little space in a journal. Things that trigger it off are good too so you know what to stay away from. Here are some: Bubble baths and bath toys (music helps a lot too! i personally like little mermaid) Toys, like play doh and stuffies! Blowing bubbles Playgrounds and parks Pacnics and tea parties Shopping for little items Baking, cooking or making snacks. And eating them. Hehehe. Watching childhood cartoons or movies Perfume, mainly baby perfume Cute decorations and aesthetics Little space dinnerware Crayons and markers with cute desgins, and STICKERS! SOCKIES! Blankies! Dress up! makeup and hair accessories! (make sure to take makeup off before bed) Coloring and drawing. And journaling! Making and decorating jorunal pages can be fun! Also activity books are very fun too Cute games or childhood games Reading childhood books or cute books. And singing and dancing! (usually Vocaloid songs. Best go trying it out and make your own playlist.) Soft lights. Careful to not read, draw or color with soft lights! Thais can damage your eyes. Pacifiers and pacifier clips! Rattles! There is a lot of variety here. 😊 Things that make me feel little: • playing in the woods (marvelling at the pretty and cute things in nature) 🐝 • toy commercials and catalogs 📺 • candy stores 🍬 • using a man’s shaver (makes me feel like I’m sneaking daddy’s grooming tools) 🪒 • playing with Barbies or Lego 🎀 • listening to daddy comfort asmr 🎤 • watching certain daddy characters like Hellboy, the Witcher, or Boba Fett 🎥 • styling my hair in pigtails 👧🏻 • wearing an oversized men’s shirt 👔 • cuddling with a stuffy before sleep 🧸 I’m sure there are other things too! Oh, and I tend to go into little space when I’m anxious too. But I don’t want anyone to be anxious just to get into little space, lol!
