I am also a Kindle reader!! 1
Little Nyx Posted April 24 Report Posted April 24 @PigtailPrincess Oohhh, ruts are never fun. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. Maybe rereading something you really enjoyed before or something light and fluffy would help? I call them comfort reads and they are my go-to when I hit ruts. Actually, I recently noticed I'm slipping into one myself and am going through my previously read list and doing rereads of books that catch my attention. A lot of the books I put as favorite on my reader profile are snarky and fun, though they are all either RH or gay romace. If you don't mind those genres, you should look into them; they might help. Hope things pick up for you soon. 1

I fought so hard against getting a kindle but now I love it. I still buy physical books ans would say that I read about 50/50 between physical and digital books. 1
Solitarily_Me Posted April 24 Report Posted April 24 @kryssi01 my favourite author by far is Everly Raine. She has a few different series going. I definitely recommend the Missouri Daddies series if you like sweet with just a little spice. (https://www.authoreverlyraine.com/) Her site contains a complete list of her books plus a few extras. There is Kate Oliver, Ruth Kennedy and Laylah Roberts, to name a few. I've read a few of the books from each of those authors and found the stories to be enjoyable. Happy Reading!!! 📚 1
