Love the support and encouragement here. 

1. Stay meat free. (Started Jan 7 and I feel like my soul is softer). 

2. Practice Vipassana meditation 1 hour for 3 days a week and work up to daily.

3. Swim and  sauna self care 5 days a week. 

4. Revamp and decorate my apartment. Less stuff more vibes. 

5. Grow book selling and seed database  sidehustle.

6. Complete 1 volunteer garden this summer.

7. EMBRACE PEACE WITHIN MYSELF REGARDLESS OF THE STORMS AROUND ME.....soooo therapy lol.

Seems like a lot of good goals hopefully you reach them
