I buy J-fashion kid-adjacent type stuff from Etsy. My favorite shop on there is Merbunnybaby.

For DDLG themed clothes, Littleforbig.com is pretty good.

Walmart and Target's selection of kids/kid-adjacent clothes is actually pretty good too. I'm also a sucker for Claire's and Hot Topic.
