Kindness is free! How we respond, interact and treat one another can make all the difference to someone. With only a little extra effort we can choose to be positive and kind to others. It takes about 47 muscles to frown and only 13 to smile. So turn that frown upside down and make someone else's day 😁

Remember as each new day begins, it is a fresh start, a new opportunity to meet people, learn new things, move forward. Each new sunrise is the start of a new adventure! Believe in the possibility of what can be and see what happens!

I've realized if I create a 10 item gratitude list each day, it helps me to be more focused on a positive day and outlook than a negative.  Heck, start with 5 items. 1 even.  Gratitude is key in recovery and I think so in life too.  Have a great day lovelies and thank you for this wonderful platform to spread positivity!

Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the places you can, in all ways you can, at all times you can, to all the people you can, for as long as you can because truly, we never know when this ride ends.

Don't forget that you're human. It's okay to have a meltdown, just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out then focus on where you're headed.

June is here and it is a month to celebrate Daddies! Even if we don't have one, we can be kind and supportive of those around us! Daddies and Caregivers are amazing! It takes a lot of inner strength to care for us littles and I am so excited to have a month to celebrate the Daddies! ❤️

 

P.S. (Mommies you month is May, so you are just as awesome as the Daddies, but we celebrated you in May). ❤️
