Good afternoon all you amazing wonderful people on here!

So many times we have a hard time seeing ourselves in a good way, actually looking at ourselves either in the mirror or in general can be too hard. 

Far too many times it easier for us to shy away or to agree with the negativity that people speak about us. 

Infact it's easier for us to believe the lie then to believe we are good and we do deserve love. We believe the lies we are told because that's all we have ever known.

So when someone complements us we become defensive or we say oh thank you but I'm not that great really. 

We do this because in our minds there is no way we can be the good they are saying to us. 

How can it be when all we hear is negative thoughts and cruel words are whole life. 

So where does that leave us?  Infact who do we think we are as a person? 

Most of us believe we are bad, some of us believe we may have good laying dormant inside of us. But we can't see the truth that we are good people, we are just hurt. 

So many times I read your topics and it's heartbreaking. I see your hurt,  your pain and I wish I could hug you. 

How unfair life has been to all of you, I wish I could show you it's okay to be you. It's okay to be a Daddy, a Mommy, a little, a sub or whatever you identify with. It's okay to be dominant or submissive and it's okay to be both.

You are perfect the way you are, you are amazing just being you!

I can't take the pain away from your past or the hurt others have caused you. What I can offer is my hand and help lift you up telling you that it will be okay, the night doesn't last forever. 

I'm so proud of you all 

You are not those terrible things you have been told. You are not bad, you are not ugly, you are not too big or too little. 

You are however beautiful, brave, wonderful, amazing and perfect. 

My door is always open to those who need a friend 

Until we meet again remember you matter, you are loved and you are worthy of being loved ❣️

Miss Anna ist ein großartiger Mensch und wäre eine phänomenale Freundin, wie die meisten Leute in diesem Forum.  um Freunde zu finden, fangen Sie damit an, Sie selbst zu sein, der Rest wird sich ganz leicht ergeben, was nicht auf Englisch ausgedrückt werden kann, drücken Sie es in Ihrer Muttersprache aus, ich werde meiner Miss Anna helfen, es zu verstehen,
