Has anyone else been babysat by someone else other than their caregiver? Also, who would your fantasy babysitter be...? Neighbour, friend etc.

Yes, Littlesitting is a thing, but it's not necessarily a good idea. Particularly if either participant has an actual significant other. People catch feelings in all sorts of normal day-to-day situations, but since ddlg is based on trust, kindness care can be easily confused as romantic feelings.

Boundaries set with clear communication would be an absolute necessity, and not breaking the boundaries would be needed too. Once firm boundaries were understood and established by both sides, proceed with extreme caution.

Hurt feelings are no joke. And Littles have a habit of being extra clingy and catching feelings extremely fast.

As far as fantasy Littlesitters are concerned, I wouldn't mind if David Tennant and Michael Sheen watched me (together) for a day. I know they're not actually married irl, but their public interactions with each other typically tend to be hilarious.
