Lol it is no problem! We like to joke we are a secret smut club but as I said EVERYONE is welcome. Ypu will want to read the rules and react for sure! Welcome friend and I will add ypu to the ping list!

Below I am posting the first set of questions. These are 100% optional so no pressure but I like being a little extra. They do have spoilers so I would answer at the end.

Question 1: In the first chapter our female lead very much insinuates that her unusual/violent tastes in the bedroom are a direct result of her job. Do you think this can happen or is common? Or does the job just trigger what a person already wants?

Question 2: Our male lead talks a fair bit about his friend Tyler this chapter. Describing alot of his less admiral qualities but following it up with why he appreciates him as a friend. My question is do you think people who are "flawed" lean towards deeply imperfect friendships like we see here? Would you call this friendship healthy?

Answer: I think it just triggers what a person already wants. It may be more of a personality trait of people who are willing to work certain jobs. 

 

Question 2: Our male lead talks a fair bit about his friend Tyler this chapter. Describing a lot of his less admiral qualities but following it up with why he appreciates him as a friend. My question is do you think people who are "flawed" lean towards deeply imperfect friendships like we see here? Would you call this friendship healthy?

It feels more like they have become brothers. We can see the flaws of our family members but love them all the same (minus abuse please) and know that they love us and we love them.

I think people who think they are flawed can lean towards imperfect friendships and relationships thinking they don't deserve better but I don't think it is the case in the book so far. It doesn't seem like either has done anything wrong to the other and they look out for each other.

Question 3: Why is it, in your opinion, that some people desire to be watched and some are repulsed by the invasion of privacy? There are so many kinks and I am just curious as to what we think makes this one tick.

I am not sure on this one and look forward to reading others' responses. 

Maybe depends on where people find their validation, insecurities and confidence.

Question 1. I think that a job can increase your tolerance for certain types for extremes. Especially if you're pushing down certain types of emotions, it might make it so that you become deadened to specific stimuli and thus need more extreme stimuli to feel those emotions if you don't learn how to separate them. I don't think it's necessarily inherently the job, but I do believe it could open doors that might otherwise have been closed. 

Question 2. Perhaps being flawed makes you more tolerant of other people's flaws . I do not think this is a healthy friendship. I feel like his willingness to give up information about the girls he dates to his friend is a pretty deep betrayal of their trust and I've always felt like you can't Just look at what a person does to you. You have to look how they treat everyone else Because if the only distinction is that you're friends, what happens when they are angry at you. I feel like the male lead also gives some foreshadowing when he talks about psychopaths being able to feel connection or  loyatly only to very specific people or within a certain tribe. His friend shows this same type of loyalty only to the lead. I get the feeling if there's an actual feeling in this and only to be his friend. 

Question 3 for myself, my parents instilled a decent amount of guilt around sex when I was a kid. I still did things but I always felt terrible. Afterwards.  That has created in me a feeling that things are more erotic the more "wrong" they are and I imagine it's something like that. I suppose it could also be that the thought of your actions having an affect on someone else, creating desire in them can be very arousing.

Question 4: So our stalker man claims that if she went to the cops or was really upset or such that he would have backed off and covered his tracks. What is your opinion on this? Would he have been able to? Is this how extreme obsessions that are uncontrollable start?

 

Question 5: Aly mentions wanting spicier time because lately she has been numb and not feeling much. So the spicier sex makes her feel again. Thoughts on this? Can it be safe and helpful to shock ourselves into feeling? And also how to you think our masked man would feel if he knew the reasons behind this?

 

Question 6: What percentage of people today do you think would enjoy this extreme level of "play". More common in male or female? More common in certain generations or countries? Interesting to know we may pass people everyday that are imagining these extreme scenarios.

 

Question 7: In this stalker romance we are meeting the stalker as he is made rather than after he is 100% like in alot of books. How long do you think it takes for them to go full psycho? Do you think many start stalking and decide it isnt for them or do you think it is a slippery slope once started?

4. I believe that he’s too far gone into this that if she said stop he would find a way not to. He probably would get away with this in the book if he wanted to because he’s pratically a genius. I wouldn’t know how extreme obsessions began but I know his is way too extreme especially by showing up to her house and breaking into it. 
 

5. If spicier sex makes you feel again then go for it lol. Personally I wouldn’t go shocking myself in to feeling again. But if it works for her and it doesn’t hurt her the n I think she’s fine. If he were to know she felt this way I think he would be more obsessed with her.

 

6. I already know people that are into extreme things and it’s quite an eye opener. When I walk down the street I look at people and think if the tamest things also. Is he a furry? Who knows. 
 

7. I listened to a lot of podcasts where stalking led to murder. It’s a bit dangerous I think. So I think that sort of obsession has to lead the stalker to a dangerous path if left unchecked.

Sorry all I didn't feel well so these are a few hours late but as promised the questions for chapters 7-9.

Things are picking up and I cant wait until we get further!

I am planning a get together and talk for all of us so be on the lookout for a pole because I wanna scedual it when everyone can come.

Question 8: Our favorite girl talks about having a SA victim and the perp in the hospital and talks about wanting to let the family accidently have access to the man who assaulted her and then references that it is essentially much further than she would have taken it last week. Do you think this is a risk when you get involved in this kind of extracurricular activities? That we would be less controlled, moral, and willing to go to lengths we would not before? If so do you think there is any way to keep the lack on control just in the bedroom?

Question 9: In the car we see this almost domestic everyday interaction with the lunchbox. This question is for yall to guess. They seem happy and this is exciting now but we all know the third act breakup is coming. My question is what do you think it will be over? Any guesses on our couples future problems?

Question 10: So our faceless man is very caring and nurturing here, even wondering at why he wants so badly to take care of Aly. We see this duality in BDSM type relationships alot. The desire to hurt to a certain extent, to frighten even, and then the urge to care for them as well. In your opinion what is the explanation behind these conflicting desires?
