CinnaRay Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago I don't know why but for few weeks I keep feeling so down and depressed. I start crying and get teary if even somthing were to go a little wrong and keep thinking about the past. I have been getting constant nightmares for sometime and my sleep schedule is really messed up. I really want to speak to someone about it but I don't really feel comfortable or close enough with anyone that I can speak to about everything I'm feeling. I get really afraid of what they'll think about me and what if I'm troubling them. I really feel like I need a hug and cry holding onto someone and just spill everything I'm thinking about. 1

Yes that's true but currently I'm not in a place where it will be possible for me to seek any professional help. I been thinking of seeing a therapist I hope I'll be in a better place so I can finally get some help.
