Second Group Read Pole - NNC

It is that time again!!!

The first group read was a major success and we had tons of fun and this time we have even more folks interested. That being said please only vote if you are in the NNC and plan on reading with us as I want the book to be the best choice for those reading it.

Essentially I assign chapters on Wednesdays and also put out my own questions to go along with the reading too. We will occasionally have discussions as well.

Please only vote for one selection and if I need to do a tie breaker I will. You will have one week to vote before first assignment.

These selections are meant to be less heavy and triggering and I dont think anyone will have issues with them.

Im so glad that you tag me in the reminders cuz my brain cannot hold so much info. 🫶🫶🫶 I appreciate you, Pigtail!!! Learning my new job has taken up all my brain space lately and I swear there’s a conveyor belt in there with everything not work related just going straight in the trash. I literally made a mental note to come back and read the blurbs before voting and then promptly deleted said mental note. 🤣 give me 2 seconds and imma vote. 
 

eta: voted! Man, if we end up reading Mages Guide, I’ll probably read Magic and Mayhem on my own cuz I was so torn between those ones!!

Trying to close this up soonish so folks can get ahold of the book sooner rather than later.

I just wanted to check in with yall. Are ypu still interested or dropping out? Its 100% ok either way I just need to know. Anyone who doesnt vote will bd removed from the participation list and would have to talk to me again to rejoin.

Alright! So this pole will stay open technically until Monday because it is essentially yalls ticket into the group read and we have one person left to vote. Buuuut ... we have a winner! Yearning For Her by Tiffany Roberts!

Thank you all for voting in a timely manner and I am so excited to read with yall. Watch out for an announcment and I will also be making and explaining the topics for the whole thing so check it all out over the next few days so you are familiar with it all. I unpinned all the previous books topics so all the pinned ones will be up to date and important. 

Also yall can go ahead and get ahold of the book! If you guys could tell me how long you think it will take you to get it and update me when you do have it that would be amazing.

Downloaded to my kindle and started reading a little last night so I am not behind this time. I know reading ahead is discouraged, so I’ll stop and chapter 2 and not read further till we get there (and obviously won’t be posting spoilers of it) and it’s time for questions. 🙂 I just know last time I ended up getting a bit behind by the end cuz work. 🤦🏻‍♀️
