How high can we count before we disturb... them?

You're having a hard time falling asleep. You toss, turn, and toss some more, but end up sighing before pulling a pillow off of your head. You roll your eyes at the neon pony clock on your nightstand. Clearly it has a vendetta against you- another sleepless night.

You've already had a snack. The stale pretzels from last night.  Already fetched a second cold glass of water. It's been hours at this point. Starting this new shift is clearly messing with your sleeping pattern. You hated moving, but the pay should be better. Your mind wanders and lets you think about your friend's weird suggestion. They'd given it to you last night over zoom. And with a sigh, you mirror the image in your head, "Try counting sheep?"  But before you roll over again you mumble, "Fine, I'll count little sheep, but alpacas are.....

How the game works:

• start at 0
• each post is the next sequential number (1,2,3,etc.)
• take turns
• no double posting
• alpaca zalgo text means we've "disturbed" them
• only club staff can post alpaca zalgo text  
• once the nightmare has been spotted, we wake up and start over
• chatting is allowed between players, don't forget to number posts!
• I will be adding lore to the dream/nightmare as we go alone!!
• This op is post 0, therefore whoever posts after me is post number 1.
