ThatDaddyGuy Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago What do others do when hurt and depression go hand in hand with releasing a little for mental health stability? I'm struggling to move on but I'm slowly each day healing. Doesn't mean that it isn't hard or painful. But I can't keep myself from what makes me happy and caregiving makes me happy. Any suggestions?

sweetgirlmary Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Whenever I'm down in the dumps, I do some sort of physical activity, be it working out or going on a simple walk. I know - easier said than done - but the aftermath of getting your body moving never fails in releasing some feel-good chemicals in your brain ! Wishing you all the happiness and love the universe has to offer ! 🤍
HoneySenpais_Stuffie Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago The more you try to push the hurt away, the more of a hold it will have and the longer it'll take to go. As hard as it is, you gotta welcome the uncomfortable feelings. Let yourself feel it, cry if you have to. Acceptance instead of fighting because what happens is, you grow bigger than the hurt - over time you'll feel better.
