drawing in little space

just a little ramble (no pun intended) but does anybody else here struggle with drawing/art while in little space? I say this bc I draw art seriously in my life — I do anatomy studies from time to time and use references to practice painting and implementing values, grayscale, pen pressure and all that art jargon; and I've found that when I try to draw when im feeling small I get instantly taken out of that headspace because of all the thoughts that come into my mind, like, what am I drawing? what is the mood? where's the light coming from? am I doing colour or grayscale? Is the face 3/4 angle or side profile, etc etc.

just wondering if anyone else experiences this or something similar!

Yes, if I am in submissive space I can't fully draw what's in my mind. I draw what I feel and when I'm in a certain head space I can't.
