I will start things off!!!

Book Title: Yearning for Her

Rating (1-5 stars):

Favorite Quote: “You slapped me.” He returned his gaze to her. Her lips were kiss-swollen, spots of pink stood out on her cheeks, and her chest was heaving. She looked so fucking delicious. Worth it.

Favorite Scene: I love the scene where Kian meets the cats for the first time. Willows little protectors.

Strongest Book Quality (Character development, plot, humor, sub characters, angst, ect): I think the humor was this books strongest quality.

Weakest Book Quality (Se previous question): I think character development and lack of angst was this books weakest quality.

Favorite Character/Sub character: I personally thought that Kian was the best developed. Not really many side characters which was a bummer because they are usually my favorite.

Would you recommend and why: I would recommend DEPENDING on what type of reader you are. If you like light and fluffy, and easy read, with not much conflict then this is a good b0ok for you. If you are like me and like deep plot, lots of conflict, and extremely detailed characters then this might be a decent pallet cleanser but probably not your thing.

Full Descriptive Reveiw: Overall a decent book. Nothing to write home about but had some good humor and interesting base plot. Could have used much more detail about maybe the fae world and Kians history to make it more interesting.

I also like a fair bit of heavy conflict and that was low in this book, it has just enough to make sense but not much more and it was resolved quickly.

Book Title: Yearning for Her

Rating (1-5 stars): 3.5

Favorite Quote: "Hands trembling, he stepped to the railing and leaned on it, looking down. The reflections on the river’s surface weren’t nearly so vibrant tonight, weren’t nearly so breathtaking, and he knew it was because of her absence. She’d granted the sight its beauty. No, that wasn’t quite right. She’d been the source of all beauty that night."

Favorite Scene: I really liked the scene where they completed their bond and made love in the air! It was very romantic and passionate.

Strongest Book Quality (Character development, plot, humor, sub characters, angst, ect):  character monologues were quite good and expressive, they made me feel more attached to the characters. Also I rarely ever read books with a third-person point of view, that was refreshing. And of course the banter! Hahaha I'm a sucker for that.

Weakest Book Quality (Se previous question): First of all, I've never read the word "potent" so many times in one book 😂. Idk it just bugged me reading it every other page or so. And I felt that not a lot happening really. Mostly cute and steamy scenes.

Favorite Character/Sub character:  that would be Willow. And not a lot of side characters actually! So I pick the kitties! they my favorite too ^^

Would you recommend and why: if you're all about the MMC swooning and absolutely head on heels over the FMC from chapter one, looots of spice and naughty scenes, fun and humourous banter between the two, then yessss! Definitely 😁

Full Descriptive Reveiw: this was such a fun light hearted read, fun characters and ummm an interesting plot. Tho, felt like 99% of the book solely focused on the relationship between the hero and heroine more than anything else like world building, character development...

Book Title: Yearning For You

Ratings: 4 stars

Favorite quote: He held the button that activated the phone’s recognition. Once the tone sounded, he said, “I wanted ideas for where to take a mortal to dinner, not instructions on how to cook for a family of five, damn it.”

Favorite Scene: My favorite scene would be the one where Kian shows Willow his wings. She doesn’t know what this signifies. He trusts her and normall fae wouldn’t let anyone near their wings. It was a very intimate part of the book.

Strongest book quality: It was the character’s development and the smuttiness

Weakest book quality: Would be the plot. I feel like they could’ve done more. There was a lot of potential.

Favorite character/Sub character: Kian was my fave. He was an interesting character. I like magical beings. The kittens are the best sub characters lol They were so cute.

Full description review: This book was very entertaining and smutty. The characters were awesome. From their style to their development was well done. There’s plenty of smuttiness. I would recommend it. Definitely a fun and light read.

Also I 100% agree about the wing scene. I had forgotten until you mentioned that scene and it truly was one of my faves that I think gets buried a little!

Book Title: Yearning for Her

Rating (1-5 stars):

Favourite Quote: “I can’t decide whether technology like you is the result of human incompetence or demonic ingenuity.” Turning off the voice recognition, he returned to the search window and typed furiously.
What do mortals like? What to feed mortal humans? How to woo court seduce impress mortal humans?

Favourite Scene: The scene where Kian took Willow flying. Both for the amazing rollercoaster of sex in flight and the vulnerability of him sharing his name with her.

Strongest Book Quality (Character development, plot, humour, sub characters, angst, etc.): Humour! The book made me snort, chuckle or laugh out loud at certain points and I’m always impressed when authors can make humor land.

Weakest Book Quality (See previous question): Character development. I struggled to truly feel connected to the depth of the characters, although felt this was easier with Kian. There was also not the feeling of a larger backdrop in the plot. And there were spaces my mind wanted to know more about. Potentials that were not followed.

Favourite Character/Sub character: Kian definitely because I felt I was able to connect and witness his internal growth and shifts.

Would you recommend and why: I would recommend it for a fun romp. It’s what I think of as a beach book. Perfect for laugh, smut and fun. But also not something that keeps me coming back with a vengeance and allows me to loose myself in another world. Not a, “oh dear lord it’s 4am I need to stop reading but I just can’t!” book.

Full Descriptive Review: A funny romp as we get to see just what happens when an incubus falls for a human, and she falls right back. Full of playful smut and a clear happily ever after. Potential triggers in elements of non consent with the villain.

Book Title: Yearning For Her

Rating (1-5 stars): ️

Favorite Quote: "Being stabbed hurts. I one hundred percent don't recommend it."

Favorite Scene: I enjoyed the scene they bonded. (And of course the flying after) Arythion is definitely a unique name, I’ve never read this name before.

Strongest Book Quality (Character development, plot, humor, sub characters, angst, ect): I’d say the books strongest quality is the character development Kian goes through finding his mate. It’s especially highlighted at the end as we get his thoughts about find his own joy in Willow. It describes how he is finally living for himself versus having lived through what he felt when he fed off others.

Weakest Book Quality (See previous question): Most the qualities of this book are good, the one I have the hardest time overlooking was its plot. There were parts of the book that felt unrelated to the plot and could have been cut out. While some other sections could have been restructured or even moved to improve the reading experience. For instance the fight with Lachlan. Which in my opinion should have played more of a pivotal roll in the plot, was at the end almost as if forgotten. Whereas if it been put sooner, even before they had bonded and Willow had somehow over powered his charm dispute not being fully bonded. I think the moment would have been better.

Favorite Character/Sub character: My favorite character is Willow. I love her sense of humor, and her inner thoughts are very relatable.

Would you recommend and why: I would recommend it, it’s a rather easy read. It’s really enjoyable and leaves you feeling good. Also the naughty scenes get spicy.

Full Descriptive Reveiw: All in all I give it three out of five stars. There were bits where it felt a little slow and unrelated to the plot. For the most part it kept me interested. The sexy stuff was well written and hot. I wish the fight scene had happened sooner. It felt like something bound to happen, that I was just kind of waiting for it. To which it was almost right at the end. It left me feeling good, which is always a win 🏅. The best thing about this book is that it feels like a breath of fresh air when you’re used to read stories that all have similar plots/character names/tropes over and over.  This story has unique characters and even concepts in it which I really enjoyed. I also really enjoyed seeing the transformation of Kian essentially gaining emotional intelligence. Learning what its like to feel things for himself rather then feeling things through feeding of mortals.
