Hello all!

So here is where yall will post your answers to my questions. One really important thing in this section is to spoil your answers to keep from ruining the book for others.

How to spoil: So to spoil you click reply and then above the place where you write your text there is a little section that has a Bold, Italian, and Underline button. Right after that is a little eye icon. Click that and it brings up a box in the text spot below. You write what you want spoiled in that box and then click post. Only your answers need spoiled. 1) she seems to enjoy the fights a lot more then she letting on. Like she from a darker place growing up, so she use to these kinds of fights.

 

2)he see her as someone that is super innocent but also free as a bird. 

 

3)He start ti get feeling for her but feel like he not worth it, his pass make it so so he goes more in to it. Refuse To believe anything else.

4)seem like both already say a little about their feelings for each other but refuse to believe them. He going to fall first but will not believe it then do something stupid. 

5)seem like there more to why she feels this way then she letting on. Is our girl more like those other girls before she went to this college?? And why she feel so strongly about these feelings. But again girl see sexual things differently then guys because you have to be mentally ok with someone putting a dick inside your body.

6)thinking they can be different even those they put themselves through the same thing that other people does that get them in to those situations.

1. Ok so here we already see that our main girl is FAR outside her comfort zone. Before we go further what so you think her true reasons and her cover reasons are for coming to this underground fight?

—I’m thinking something in Abby’s past drove her in her decision to go to the fight. 

2. So immedietly Travis gives our girl the nickname Pigeon. We will no doubt learn why eventually but any guesses in why right off the bat?

—Pigeon, I’m thinking originally may have been an insult but has since turned. Pigeons tend to show up in places unwanted. 

3. We always have a major third act disaster from the male lead in these sorts of books. What kind of things do you guess will be Travis's downfall from what little we have seen?

—Wild guess from left field, bit  thinking that Travis’s interest in Abby began due to a bet in his frat. 

4. It appears Travis and Abby are making good friends. Who do you think will admit feelings first and why?

—Travis

5. So here Abby is mad at Travis th8nk8ng he is taking advantage of girls and then disrespectful by not even taking their number. Travis argues he never promised anything and it was their choice. Who's side are you on?

—Travis, as long as he is upfront in the beginning about a hookup only being a hookup. 

6. The lines between these two are quickly getting very blurred. Do you think its possible for things to get this confused this fast? What do you think leads people to this kind of difficult situation?

—Yes, I’m a believer in the universe leading our way and showing us who our person is, even if it may seem complicated. I feel like this is just the beginning of Abby and Travis’s story.

His. If you know your hooking up with a man who has a reputation. Don't think you can change him.

I think it's exactly that. Abby is stepping out of her comfort zone and very likely trying new things, something she may not have been privileged to before college. Maybe she had a strict upbringing and was never allowed to do anything fun. Depending on how strict, it could be why she's doing something so wild when we first meet her.

 

Q2.

I honestly have no idea. It felt weird from the beginning, but as he continued to call her that, it grew on me... Like it has on Abby lol Maybe his favorite animal is a pigeon? 🤔

Travis is pretty forward about is relationships with women, so I suspect he'll build up this deep love with Abby then get scared off by some past issues revolving around commitment. Or maybe he's just a ho? 🤷🏽‍♀️😆

Travis is definitely in the lead here, but I could see this as a game of chicken between them on who will cave first. I think it'll be Travis then quickly followed by my suspicions from Q3.

Assuming he's made it clear he's just looking for a good time and it's known he's never with the same girl twice, I would say I'm on Travis' side. He claims he never promised them anything, so if they consented to having sex with the hope of a relationship after, it falls on them. It's unfortunate, but the truth. If he's leading them on, tho, I def think Abby is justified in her anger.

Oh, it def went super fast. It isn't my usual pace, but I liked it since we meet Travis right off the bat lol I think things are getting blurred so quickly because there are no boundaries between them. Only the verbal agreement that they're "just friends." He immediately shares his bed with her, tho he coulda slept on the couch. He un/dresses in front of her with no problem, and he's handsy with her and always in her company/keeping other guys from talking to her... But, I guess it's okay cuz my Daddy and I are "just friends", too. 😜

Love this prediction and I think you nailed it. He is going to realize how deep he is in and have a knee jerk reaction that will mess everything up. My guess is he will sleep with another girl and shove it in her face. Can't wait to see if we are right.

I didnt even think of thia but you are 100% right. Pigeons tend to show up EVERYWHERE in cities and whatnot they are actually considered pests so this is a really good guess.

Great answer. While it is still hurtful for a women to hear for real that a guy wants nothing more, at the end of the day she is a grown adult. If she was willing to give that part of her up withput any indication there would ve more involved then she can only blame herself. It doesnt make the guy a GOOD guy in my eyes but he wasnt dishonest with her

I HAD to reply to this one because I love it. The end bit got me. Maybe at this stage in the book Teavis is simply a ho. Not everything always has some deeper meaning and not everyone is a decent person when the book starts. He may just be exactly what he portrays.

~I’d guess like a lot of other people, her true reason may be money. That or she could just want to try the experience.

~Not even gonna lie, this seemed so weird to me! Just me? If I had to guess, maybe cause she couldn’t take her eyes off him. So he felt like she was just staring at him.

~Most common downfalls I would say are; toxicity, drugs/alcohol, or other women. I’m hoping for the best, that it’s not too bad.

~As a very stubborn human, Abby seems like she’s also a really stubborn character. That said, I imagine it’ll be Travis.

~I’m on Travis’s. It’s a day and age where there is quick/ easy ways to arrange consensual one time sexual experiences. I don’t think that makes him disrespectful at all.

~ Yes, I think things can get confusing that fast. Especially being in an environment like university, where a lot of people are trying to figure out who they are still. Not only that, but who/ what they want as well. All with school work, and classes to worry about.
