Lil' Miss Dolly Posted July 7, 2016 Report Share Posted July 7, 2016 I have had just a super crappy couple days. Everything is irritating me and NOTHING seems to be helping. Stuff that normally doesn't bother me is like... nails down a chalk board. I can't get into my Little Space because my mind is just racing with Adulting (which normally doesn't pile up on me as I am one of those people that deals with stuff as it happens so I don't get stressed out). I have an anxiety disorder but it's been well controlled for a bit now - and I dont feel THAT kind of Anxious?? If that makes sense?? Just not my normal bubbly self Even Daddy is interrogating me asking whats wrong. There are trolly. Negative, jerky people everywhere - Normally I just kinda laugh it off but today in line at the bank.. I almost power bombed a 18ish year old girl for popping her gum in my ear (as she was standing directly behind me)! I don't have a mean bone in my body! I am sure its just a bad few days but I just HATE feeling like the burning fuse. Normally I would just deal with whatever has to be dealt with but I don't even know what the problem is. Princess-P Posted July 7, 2016 Report Share Posted July 7, 2016 I'm with you on this one, I also am great at handling my stress but like anyone it does get overwhelming and I'll find myself snapping or being grumpy. If your finding it hard to just relax and do the usual things that calm you (for me its coloring or having a bath/pampering myself) then try to get your body moving and burn it off. Run. Exorcise. Go to the gym and use the punching bag. Anything physical. And when you think your tired just keep pushing yourself until your worn out and sweaty and your muscles hurt. Then go home and drink some water, take a tylonol if your not used to that Much physical activity, and go to sleep. Hopefully you will feel better when you wake up.
