Birthday Care Package for Daddy - Suggestions?

Hi everyone!!

So my Daddy's birthday is in a little over a month, and I'm looking to send him a care package since we don't live locally to one another. He will be 30! He's such an old man!!! *Giggles* But I'm stuck on what to send him! I am going to get him a travel beaker for work like mine (plus then we can match when I go visit!) and I was thinking of including some colouring pages, but I don't know what else to send him! He likes gaming but he doesn't like to have a lot of "stuff". Does anyone have any cute suggestions so I can make his birthday a good one? ^.^

I don't know what kind of things your Daddy likes, but I know that when I send care packages to my long distance relationships, I always try to send something that smells like me. Be it a special stuffed animal (Build a Bear has the Disney princesses right now!) that has a little of your perfume on it! I also always include a fancy, handwritten letter. Something you wrote with your own hands means a lot more in my opinion! Maybe include a mixed cd you made for him that reminds you of him, and some of his favorite candy!

I'm sure he'd love cute pictures of you or a booklet you make of "50 things I love about you". Yummy cookies or brownies are good too if he has a sweet tooth. Pinterest is GREAT for inspiration and gift ideas. I used to pack care packages to my brother in ziploc bags full of his favorite cheese flavored popcorn...cushion and treat in one! ♥

Probably a cute scrapbook with pictures and dooodles everywhere, and I agree with the posts above..something that would remind him of you

  • 4 weeks later...

you can write a dream journal. Not like dreams you have at night but things you want to happen in your future together or just little things you like. So it would be a very personalized, happy gift.
