Want to share a 30 day challenge that you are doing now, or you've done in the passed and you've liked? :3 Post it here!  If you've just started one you also can link your blog so other people can join you. <3 The challenges don't need to be DDlg related. <3

 

Here is one I finished (kinda)

 

It's 30 days of DDlg

 

Day 1 - Do you currently have or want a DD? Why? If not, why do you choose or happen to be without one?
Day 2 - What do or will you call your DD? Close your eyes, picture them in front of you and say the name out loud right now, open your eyes, how do you feel?
Day 3 - Are you a submissive, slave, middle, switch etc in addition to being a babygirl or little? Are they like separate personalities or all the same?
Day 4 - What does a DDlg dynamic mean for you? Is DD always in charge 24/7 or is it more roleplay or scenes? Explain if you want…
Day 5 - Do or would you live as a 24/7 lg or bg like in the same house, completely under DD’s rules? What’s it like? If your answer is “no” why?
Day 6 - Are you open to a sister or brother in other words, poly would you be okay with it? Explain…
Day 7 - Do you feel a certain age? Because you feel that age does it mean you two (or three) have ageplay? Any ABDL involved?
Day 8 - Is physical punishment apart of your dynamic? How does it make you feel? 
Day 9 - Are you a brat or just bratty sometimes or are you an angel? (don’t cross those fingers or ankles)
Day 10 - What would you say to people who think “ewwww that’s gross” about your dynamic? (no profanity please lol)
Day 11 - What’s your hidden talent? Is it hidden from your DD?
Day 12 - Do you dress little or is anything you wear little because a little is wearing it? Are your clothes selected for you? How do you feel about this? 
Day 13 - Name one thing that reminds you most of your DD? What color is it?
Day 14 - You likely have an image of the ideal life of you and your current or future DD, will you express or find a picture sharing that with us?
Day 15 - What’s the food(s) that ONLY your DD could get you to eat?
Day 16 - Write a 15 line poem, letter, or song about your DD or future DD? If writing isn’t your thing draw us a picture and take a pic of it. 
Day 17 - What’s your favorite pasttime with your DD? If you don’t have a DD what woukd your favorite past time be?
Day 18 - Best day ever… Will you share it with us? No best days, make one up, but let us know its fiction please. 
Day 19 - What’s the longest relationship you’ve had? Do you think relationship lengths matter?
Day 20 - Could your DD be your DD but not you significant other? Why would or wouldn’t this work for you?
Day 21 - Be honest… Do / have you topped from the bottom? (gotten your DD to do what you want via good or bad behavior to get your way)
Day 22 - What is or would be the hardest rule a DD could give you?
Day 23 - What’s the sweetest thing a DD has done or could do for you? What made it so sweet? What’s the sweetest thing you’ve done? Only pick one and if you can’t… Tell us what color panties you have on. 
Day 24 - What area(s) are you focused on growing in as a bg or lg? For example obedience, creativity, presentation, coloring etc… Why is this your focus? If you don’t have an area, which will you pick, starting today?
Day 25 - Besides build a bear, where’s one local place you want your DD to take you as a reward? Why do you want to go there? What do you want to do when you get there?
Day 26 - Best DDlg song, movie, or picture ever, what is it? Why is it the best?
Day 27 - Do you get off on the kink of DDlg too, or not so much? Only elaborate if you wish, if you don’t wish, what’s the main kink or fetish you and your current or future DD share?
Day 28 - Do you get into S/m? If so how does your DD punish you since pain may not work? 
Day 29 - Do your bio parents know? If so how do they feel? If not, would you ever tell them? 
Day 30 - Are you on fetlife? Do you wanna share your name there? If not tell us, does being judged for your alternative lifestyle frighten you?

30 Days of body image 

Day 1 - Write as many things you like about yourself as you can. Remember to include things about your personality, your skills, accomplishments, etc. 

Day 2 - What are some reasons why your body image may be so important to you? What role does your body image play in your life? What factors have contributed to your negative body image? 

Day 3 - Take a moment to write down a “perfect” version of yourself. List qualities, physical attributes, successes, whatever you’d like. Now bold the things you have complete control over and be realistic about this.  What can you do to make those bolded items come true? Start slowly working towards them. Don’t expect change over night, let it be gradual and don’t expect perfection. None of us are perfect and that’s perfectly okay. 

Day 4 - Name one role model you have. Why do you look up to them? Is it because of their physical appearance or because of their intelligence, motivation, dedication, etc.? Focus on your role model’s inner beauty.

Day 5 - Write three positive affirmations about yourself on three small pieces of paper or index cards. Decorate the cards however you’d like but make them as colorful and as cheerful as possible. Now, tape them on a mirror you look at everyday or anywhere else you’ll see them daily. List your affirmations below or take a photo of your cards and upload them. 

Day 6 - Pamper yourself today. Give yourself a facial, a manicure or take a bubble bath. What did you do? How do you feel after doing it? Don’t feel good still? Pamper yourself some more! Today is about YOU! 

Day 7 - Find something around you that catches your eye. It could be a flower, a handmade figurine, a painting, etc. What is it? Is it completely perfect? Or does it have little, less noticeable imperfections? Most likely, it has its flaws, yet it’s still amazing and beautiful. Think of yourself in the same way you think of the object. 

Day 8 - Take a challenge today. Do one thing you’re usually not comfortable doing. Go out in a bathing suit, don’t wear a full face of make up, get a new haircut, go run an errand in your pajamas, etc. What did you do? How did it feel? 

Day 9 - Write down three reasons why it’s absurd to believe that people who are “more beautiful” or “thinner” are happier. 

Day 10 - Go ahead and look into a mirror right now. What is the first thought you have? If it’s a negative one, replace it with a positive thought. Say it out loud, even if you don’t really believe it. Keep this thought in the back of your mind today and whenever you have a negative thought, replace it with this one. 

Day 11 - How long after waking up in the morning do you look at yourself in the mirror? Is it the first thing you do? Whenever you do it, try to push it back a little and decrease the time in your morning routine today. 

Day 12 - How many times, on average, do you find yourself looking at your reflection randomly throughout the day? Why do you think you do that? What do you think would happen if you didn’t do it anymore? Wherever you go today, resist the urge to look into every mirror or window to check out your reflection. If you do happen to do it, keep track of how many times you do it. 

Day 13 - How well did you do yesterday? Were you able to refrain from checking your appearance? If not, how many times did you do it? How did it make you feel? Was it worth it? 

Day 14 - When you get ready today, I dare you to get dressed without checking yourself in the mirror. If you put on make up, use a small mirror to apply it and do your hair then get dressed and just leave the house. Don’t worry. You look beautiful. Did you complete this dare? How did it feel? 

Day 15 - What’s one thing your body helped you do today? Did you run, do yoga, etc.? What if you weren’t physically capable of doing that activity? Even if you didn’t exercise today, what if you weren’t able to get dressed or shower on your own? Be thankful for the amazing and unique body you have. 

Day 16 - Pamper yourself again today because you should be doing this regularly. What did you do this time? How do you feel? Remember again, today is about YOU! 

Day 17 - Write a love letter to yourself. Tell yourself you’re beautiful. Thank your body for all the wonderful things it can do. Show yourself the compassion and respect you have for your best friend or significant other. 

Day 18 - Finish the following sentences. 

I like myself because: 

I’m an expert at:

I feel good about:

My friends or loved ones would tell you I have a great:

My favorite place is:

Were any of the statements negative? If they were, replace them with positive thoughts. 

Day 19 - Take another challenge today. Do another thing you are usually not comfortable doing. Wear a tank top or a skirt, dress up if you normally wear casual clothes, dress down if you normally dress up, etc. What did you do? How did you feel? 

Day 20 - Being nice to others usually makes you feel better about yourself. Give two different people a compliment today, strangers or not. Then smile at ten different people, again they can be strangers. Commit one random act of kindness to another person. Did you do this? How did it feel? 

Day 21 - Write as many things you like about yourself as you can. Remember to include things about your personality, your skills, accomplishments, etc. Did you write more things today than you did twenty one days ago? 

 

I've done this one. I should probably do it again soon.  I haven't done it in like 2 years.

I think I did this years ago but never completed it?

I tried that one. I found it a little hard.  I think I did it as a survey in the end.

Here is 30 day Little challenge that I found on neverlands-little-secret.tumblr.com and that I am currently doing on my tumblr!

  1. When did you realize you had Little tendencies? How/When did you find the community? How long have you been active in the community?
  2. Do you regress or identify as any age in Little space? If so what. Do you identify as a Little, Middle or ABDL or none? If you have an age do you consider it ageplay?
  3. Is paraphernalia important to your Little? If so, name the items.

  12. Any Little space fandoms? If not, what’s your favorite program/movie in Little space?
  13. Have you told anyone outside the kink community about your Little side? If so, who and how did they react.

  15. If you could meet anyone in the community who would it be and why?
