lookit! i made something!! what do you think??

i spent the better part of 3 hours and after many swear words and many many punctured fingers i can proudly say i made my very collar from scratch! well sort of, it loooks more like some sort of victorian neck piece than an actual collar but i'm still proud!!

 

made from:

an old black velvet choker from topshop,

a pair of lace undies never worn from primark,

several pints of blood from accidentally pricking myself with the needle,

3 solid litres of tears of frustration, 

and a sewing kit!

 

 

also i've just had to kill the quality of all the pics so i could upload them here so forgive me please!

The detail on this is amazing, I'm really impressed. I don't have the nerves for something like that , I'd probably start punching the wall and breaking stuff from frustration after the first half hour tbh
