Nervous Habits, how to deal with them.

I didn't know if I should put this in Little's or whatever but I think everyone can have this problem.


When I'm nervous, I chew things, usually pencils. I have to buy new packs of mechanicals every week for school because I keep eating them in class. And when I don't have a pencil, I chew my fingers, because I can't suck my thumb or or something more little oriented.


I also curl my bangs, that's about the least destructive thing I do.


Anyone else have nervous habits? And a healthier way of dealing with them? Maybe methods to keep yourself calm so you don't do them?
