need advice plz i’m a mess

hello,

 

i’m unbelievably stressed and have found myself in a dilemma through out the last few months.

 

my daddy and i have been on a business holiday since late june and haven’t been home in two and a half months. i’m having so much fun but being away from home means my time as a little is extremely limited. being in little space helps me cope with stress and right now i need it more than ever. i only have a few weeks left but i feel at my breaking point.

 

any advice on how to ease the pain and get through the remaining of my holiday?

Deep breaths and just enjoy being in the moment x

 

It can be hard to be out of your familiar surroundings, especially for so long. I'm not sure if you and your Daddy are away together and if you are gettin to share your bedtime with him but when my Daddy and I are super busy and find it hard to get some quality time to do fun little activities or day trips (or whatever it is that you both enjoy), we always love our bedtime routine because for us it is a guaranteed way of intteracting in our dynamic. I always feel little at bedtime and my Daddy makes sure I'm in my jammys and have my teeth brushed, my vitamins taken and cuddles me till i fall asleep, we do a bedtime story if i think I'll be awake long enough..ha!!

So even if it's been a few weeks since I've had time to colour or have little playtime I'll always have bedtime to let myself relax and we can be our true selves together ♡

 

Obviously i don't know your situation or what you like so its hard to say if this will be helpful but it might be, and at the very least know we all have the same struggle at some point where we have limited or no time to let our little side shine through so I can understand how you must be feeling.

i'm unsure here if you are asking for advice on coping with stressful situations, or if you want to know how to unlock your little side, 


but there are a plethora of topics out there already on both! all a quick search away! 


 


the biggest advice i can give you is to not force things. 


you're overwhelmed, burnt out & you need to be patient with yourself. 


make sure you try to carve out time for self-care -- whether your self-care is a onesie & a sippy cup, or taking a long, hot shower & reading a good book. 


take care of yourself & let the rest come naturally.


i find that carving out some time to just be myself during the day, at least once, away from everything else with my phone off


really, really helps me.
