They buy from various cheaper sources and sell on at a higher price as a finders fee. You can find all of this stuff from other sources at a fraction of the cost - usually places like eBay and Aliexpress. Probably Wish too but I've never looked there so can't really say. If you want to pay more than something is worth because of the convenience go for it - but otherwise shop around and I can almost promise you will find all of these things much cheaper from other sites. These sites just act as a more expensive store front for places like eBay and aliexpress.
