Hey everyone

I'd love to learn about new products + what other littles include into their own skincare/makeup routines, as well as share what I use!

                                                                                                         Here's what I use:

                                                                                           ·̇·̣̇̇·̣̣̇·̣̇̇·̇ •๑♡๑•୨୧┈┈┈୨୧•๑♡๑• ·̇·̣̇̇·̣̣̇·̣̇̇·̇

Skincare

Face -

Body -

Makeup

Those are pretty much all the products I use on a daily, I've also included a super unnecessary final result lol (my pfp) I'd also be open to answering any questions as to why and how I use these products. I'm also definitely open to suggestions!!!! much love xx

Skin care:

I recently have been going to the dermatologist and I use all prescription products for my skin:

-Face wash morning/night.

-Prescription moisturizer lotion for morning.

-Prescription acne cream for night.

Body: -Whatever body lotion I have for after shower to moisturize.

Usually a bath & body works scent

I really enjoy peach smelling products.

Make-up:

-Different eye shadow pallettes. Usually I go for a natural look and pick a color close to my skin tone, or just a nice brown color.

-Brown eyeliner pencil wet & wild

-Black mascara

-Lip moisturizer such as a chap stick.

I like carmex brand, and nivea brand.

My favorite is Nivea milk & honey.

-Lipgloss

Usually a peachy color or a pink color to match my lip color.

I have really been enjoying the more natural makeup look. :)

oh my god, i love this but i am not as advanced as you guys are!

i'm a big LUSH supporter, so my routine is pretty simple.

i use a lot of face masks. usually when i'm in the bath, or steaming.

i like the sheet ones, but i prefer the jelly masks from LUSH -- bunny moon is my favorite.

i use the fresh farmacy cleanser from LUSH on my face.

my go-to scrub is a seashell polish from a spa -- the norwich inn in CT. (i also really like their toner!)

i'm a big fan of LUSH's breath of fresh air toner

& i use their imperialis moisturizer unless i'm going for something heavier, for which i use

the body shop's overnight seaweed oil gel.

i like body butters from LUSH + bath & body works.

i also really like johnson + johnson baby lotions for everyday moisturizing.

i also use an urban decay lip scrub nightly + finish with overnight vaseline therapy.

as for makeup, i wear a lot of jeffree star as well + i'm a big ipsy fan!

I loveeee LUSH!  It's funny you mentioned the Body Shop-- Did you know the LUSH founders used to develop the product formulas for the Body Shop way way way before LUSH was created?  I used to work for LUSH once upon a time!

Skincare:

Varies based on my mood and what's working but I've been into TULA skincare lately, with a Mario Badescu toner and a Hey Honey moisturizer for redness.

Body Care:

Dove Exfoliating Body Polish (Macadamia & Rice Milk) OMG SMELLS SOOOO GOOD

LUSH Snow Fairy Shower Gel

Pretty as a Peach Body Butter

Makeup:

I've been on a deep downward spiral into Colourpop makeup.  I have almost everything they've released!  Super cheap and high quality.  Plus they just released a Disney Princess collection!

ooo im loving this so much~ <3 when it comes to skincare, FOR ME its best using Korean products; mine is Innisfree. Most of Korean brands have great benefits and even specified for skin age range too! and for skincare, i generally use the 10 step korean skincare routine, but here is mine :

I am pretty simple, tbh. Rimmel mascara, cover up and drugstore lipstick. Anything else is too expensive. But, the lipstick is where is really have fun - LOTS of bright pinks and reds :)

Y'all, I don't know if my routine is too extra, but here goes-

First I take a hot shower or bath to cleanse my skin and open up my pores!

Shower/Bath:

  • Love Beauty and Planet Murumuru Butter and Rose Shampoo and Conditioner OR OGX Cherry Blossom Shampoo and Conditioner
  • Caress Daily Silk White Peach and Silky Orange Blossom Body Wash
  • Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Peppermint and Plum Foot Scrub
  • Dove Pink Rose Body Soap Bar OR LUSH Pearl Body Soap Bar
  • Barbie Glamberry Bubble Bath
  • LUSH Marshmallow World Bath Bomb OR LUSH Groovy Kind of Love Bath Bomb OR Ulta Beauty Sugar Kiss Bath Bomb
  • Blackheart Beauty Mermaid Scales Sparkle Bath Powder
  • Amish Country Soap Co Love Me Brown Bath Salt Soak
  • Dried rose petals, lavender, white lily petals, and honeysuckle
  • Jasmine and chamomile tea leaves
  • Milk

Then I apply my skincare routine, and it's based off of the Korean 10 step skincare routine, with extra things added in. It might seem a bit tedious but since it's so ingrained into me, it's become an everyday thing. :)

Skincare:

  • Holika Holika Gudetama All-Kill Oil to Foam Cleanser
  • Burt's Bees Conditioning Lip Scrub
  • Ariul Berry Blast Boosting Toner
  • Saturday Skin Daily Dew Hydrating Mist Essence
  • Be the Skin Botanical Nutrition Emulsion
  • Cremorlab 02 Hydra Bounce Ampoule
  • A whole bunch of different Sanrio sheet masks from Narikiri
  • Burt's Bees Intensive Hydration Eye Cream
  • In the morning, I use Aveeno Positively Radiant Hydrating Moisturizer SPF 30, and during the night routine I use Burt's Bees Night Cream Intense Hydration
  • Neutragena Age Shield Face Sunscreen SPF 110
  • Burt's Bees Mint Lip Balm
  • Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturizing Lavender Body Lotion

Thanks to these products, I have achieved the infamous Korean glass skin!! My Daddy keeps complimenting on how soft and smooth and perfect my skin is, and I get so many compliments from my friends and strangers!! :D I believe skincare is more fundamentally important than makeup, because you'e taking proper care of the canvas. :) That being said, here are the makeup products I use- ^-^

Makeup:

  • Too Faced Primed and Peachy Matte Primer
  • Too Faced Born This Way Concealer in the shade "Porcelain"
  • Too Faced Born This Way Foundation in the shade "Vanilla"
  • Too Faced Cocoa Contour Palette
  • Sanrio Hello Kitty Long Lasting Eyebrow Pencil
  • Sugar Pill x Sanrio Little Twin Stars Eyeshadow Palette OR Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette OR Kat Von D Lolita Eyeshadow Palette OR Too Faced Pretty Rich Eyeshadow Palette
  • Sailor Moon Pencil Eyeliner OR Kat Von D Tattoo Liquid Liner
  • Too Faced Better Than Sex Diamond Mascara
  • Benefit Cheekleaders Bronze Squad Cheek Palette
  • Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush in the color "Candy Glow" OR Etude House Lovely Cookie Blusher in the color "Sweetberry Muffin"
  • I Heart Makeup Unicorn Highlighter OR Anastasia Beverly Hills Aurora Highlighter Palette
  • Etude House Dear Darling Popsicle Lip Tint OR Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks OR Glossier Clear Lip Gloss OR Lime Crime Wet Cherry Disco Cherry Rainbow Iridescent Lip Gloss
  • Too Faced Dew You Fresh Glow Setting Spray

That being said, I don't wear a lot of makeup, but when I do, I apply it minimally because I prefer a natural appearance that's really soft and based off of Korean/Japanese standards since I'm half-Asian, and I generally don't ever wear false eyelashes, because I already have long eyelashes and if I wear falsies, I'm very sure I'd look ridiculous.

I love makeup and fashion in general! :D <3

Skin care:

- Neutrogena deep cleansing wash

- Neutrogena hydro gel moisturizer

- volcanic clay mask 1x a week

I don't wear makeup all the time and even then, I don't wear a lot. Just enough to even out my eyebrows a little, some mascara, and sometimes eyeliner.

I'm always excited to talk about skincare and makeup routines!

I'm a big fan of Tony Moly. It's made a huge difference with my skin, although a big part of that is just having a routine. I don't wear a whole lot of makeup, but I do try to buy better quality makeup when I have the money. It's also made a huge difference for the times that I wear it. When I do, I usually only wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss.

I'm such a beauty product junkie so I'm super excited to find this thread. So many products I've heard of and so many I haven't.

In my experience, the most important thing about skincare is consistency. Find products that work for you (and that you can afford) and use them. Over time your skin will improve. Doesn't have to be an extensive or expensive routine. Cleaner, treatment, hydration. SPF EVERY SINGLE DAY. That counts even if you're not going outside. Our devices put out uv rays as well.

Makeup isn't as important as it washes off. As long as you buy according to your skin type here too. Don't forget to wash it all off at the end of the night though. Every time you don't wash your makeup off you age your skin appropriately a week!

I honestly just use Cetaphil for morning and night wash.

I make sure to use sunscreen before I go out. Rn I'm using Alba Botanica kids sunscreen, broad spectrum spf 45. It has a nice, relaxing tropical smell to it. Other sunscreens smells terrible to me.

Sometimes I'll pick up a face mask at the grocery store.

I like to use a very mild, unscented lotion. Rn I'm using ceremedx body lotion.

For makeup I'm currently using

- NYX Bare With Me spray on primer

- Neutrogena matte cc cream, niacinamide (b3)

- A variety of lipsticks/lipglosses: Capuvinni coral shade 04, Hai Lun Li Ren, Shades 502 and 506, COVERGIRL Exhibitionist Lip Gloss, COVERGIRL Colorlicious 630 sweet strawberry; GeGe Bear Light mist sweet lips mud, shade 02#; SEPHORA Hydrating Lip Balm, 2 rose

- Julystar MAGIC color shiner (purple)

- Capuvinni eye glitter,  varieties 01and 03; an unnamed Ulta Beauty eyeshadow, bronzer, and highlighyer pallete; CLINIQUE 10 going steady quad

- SEPHORA brush tip liquid eyeliner (black)

- L.A. Colors Sugar Lip Scrub

-  ULTA Beauty Lash Evolution J2 2417

- ARDELL Naked Lashes 421

I love my makeup, even though I don't wear it much (I rarely go out).
