Hmm... This is a very good question! My personal favorites are listed below!

~Disney music (My favorites involve A Goofy Movie and Moana)

~Indie instrumentals on Youtube, they are really cute and I adore them!

*Ex. Youtuber: Ambition. Their Playlist: Cute Songs

~Certain Anime openings, especially if I have matching Plushies to that anime!

Oh I love Ambition’s playlists! I was just listening to one earlier!

I like traditional stuff like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star or My Bonnie Lies Over The Ocean.

Puff The Magic Dragon

I've Been Working On The Railroad

The Erie Canal

Daisy Bell (A Bicycle Built For Two)

Pony Boy

Home On The Range

This Land Is Your Land

City Of New Orleans

Day-O (The Banana Boat Song) by Harry Belafonte

And The Green Grass Grew All Around

The Streets Of Laredo

Polly-wolly Doodle

De Camptown Races

Or classical stuff like

Lullaby by Johannes Brahms

Hungarian Rhapsody #2 by Franz Liszt (aka that classical piece used in a zillion cartoons)

Die Regimentskinder Marsch by Julius Fucik (one of the merry-go-round songs from Roller Coaster Tycoon)

Heyken's Serenade by John Heyken (another merry-go-round song)

Die Schone Spanierin by Robert Vollstedt (merry-go-round!)

(and let's just say all the other classical/traditional songs accompanied with the Roller Coaster Tycoon merry-go-round as well)

And my nerdy self also likes early English rounds like Sumer is icumen in (trans. Summer Is Coming In) although I didn't know this one as a kid

Basically anything that can be sung with no backing vocalists, guitar solos, or other complexities. Except the classical music, which I still kinda sing along to with "do-do-do" or "ahhh".

Lyrics should be relatively happy and light. If it's sad (like Puff The Magic Dragon or My Darling Clementine) I will probably cry.

Song that never ever should be played around me: On Top Of Spaghetti (to the tune of On Top Of Old Smokey)

I hate it with a burning passion. I had some issue with it as a kid (My parents laughed at me for crying at it) and while thankfully it's not the kind of song I'm at risk for randomly hearing, it's probably the only song in the world I'd rip to shreds if songs could be ripped to shreds. I'll turn into little monster Teacup and murder it.
