    Recently me and my now ex daddy broke things off, we were long distance for over 2 years and now i'm trying to become myself again, which comes with my little side.

     

    I'm struggling to keep myself happy, so its not enough to get me into littlespace

     

    Does anyone know how i can help myself and become happy and little again?

    Happiness will come again, with time. For now, it might help to just set aside some time for self care and your favorite little things that can be done solo. Personally, I'm fond of long bubble baths and Disney/Miyazaki marathons while surrounded by plushies inside a blanket-fort.

    It's never easy to lose someone you cared about. Like Wish stated, happiness will come again with time. Definitely take some time to do self care. Maybe you could also listen to audio recordings of some of your favorite children's books? Or a diary which you can use to talk about your day, anything interesting, or how you're feeling. You could also work on an arts craft project. You definitely will experience happiness again! You can do it! (:

    I don't think there is much more I could say to help you out. Happiness will come back, it may just take some time, all depends on the individual how long that is. Do what you need to do for self care. Whatever it is, maybe colouring, taking a long bubble bath with candles, having some wine or other fermented or non-fermented drink, taking a long walk, being with family or friends, reading a book or listening to audiobooks, listening to music, poetry, dancing, arts and crafts, binge watching Netflix or Primevideo or some other streaming service you like, eating whatever junky foods help you to feel happy, those are just some examples of what you can do to take care of yourself right now and let the little side make its way back to you in the time you need it to.
