Welcome back!! It's good to see you again.

I'll come back and add things if I think of them.

I'm gonna try to think creatively, and apologise in advance if any of these are too directly "Little".

I wasn't sure if you meant common household items that are subtle, or if you mean things that might already be existing in the house.

And I'll add pics at the bottom.

I'll also add that it's good not to underestimate your sense of touch and smell ^-^ because those are non-visual aides that could help you feel smol. And they can be mixed with visual "smol triggers" in discrete ways.

Subtle Things You Could Get

Crazy Straws/Cute Straws (preferably reusable)

Straw Clips (often found in the party supplies section)

Hair Bows & Accessories (in neutral or subtle colours)

Cute Keyrings (e.g. the floofy pom pom or plushy ones)

Phone/Tablet Case that makes you feel smol, whether it's the texture (fluffy or silicone for example) or the design

Perfume, Body Spray or Deodorant (e.g. candy/sweet scented, baby powder scented- whatever suits your taste)

- and to go further along the scent route, wax melts, candles or room sprays.

Floofy or comfy blanket(s)

Beanbag

Fairy Lights or Coloured Lighting (pretty common these days for people to have, imo)

Wall Decor (you could do a sleuth maneuver and get canvas wall art to hide smaller Little items behind)

If you like reading, you could set up a little reading corner somewhere. That's not really "weird" for an adult. And you could do the ol' Bart Simpson and put your storybook inside the cover of a grown up book  If you have to lol

Things You Might Already Have (Some are repeats because relevancy)

Straws (whut? i like straws lol)

Cozy Blankets

Perfume/Body Spray

Coffee Cup in cute colour or design

Notebook or Journal you can glue colouring pages, stickers, etc in. Hide it in your pillow case or something if you're living with nosy fam.

Cute drink bottle

Make a swing on a tree outside with rope and wood or whatever you have available (unless you don't have a backyard)

- speaking of outdoors, you could make flower chain crowns during the warm seasons?

You can easily make a fort using a duvet cover (idk what they're called elsewhere). You put a broom or something inside of it to prop it open like a tent, and shove pillows n stuff toward the back of it to help weight it down and keep its shape. I drew a diagram on here a while back but I can't find it.

SOCKS. Whatever pair(s) make you feel comfy and smol.

Make yourself cute snacks. You can cut carrots into heart or flower slices, and lots of other stuff. Just browse Youtube ^-^

Do shadow hand puppets against the wall by yourself. If you have a lamp but no torch, you could fold some paper or cardboard to direct the light maybe?

DIY chapstick label. slap some stickers on that bad boii, or write a cute new label and stick it on with tape.

Back to lamps though- if you have the kind with a lampshade, you could drape a scarf over it to dim/colour your lighting. Just be cautious that the scarf doesn't touch or get too close to the globe.

Princess Curtain "Headboard"- pin/nail a blanket or fabric or something in a drapey fashion on the wall above your bed.

And that will have to do, cuz I am rly tired and unfocused. :"3

socks=sock puppets, you could have a lil sock puppet show

depending on what you have in your wardrobe, you can play dress up simply by, for example, wearing something fancy and making a crown out of a piece of paper or cereal box

making castles out of boxes, and toys out of what’s in the recycling —there’s so so so many cool ideas on pinterest

i always feel kinda small in just a t-shirt, panties and socks (any socks), more so than onesies

food colouring and sugar / flour and water makes decent playdough or clay

lollipop sticks and sticky tape

try origami to make lil toys? there’s an origami frog you can make where you get to blow into its bottom at the end to make it 3d ><

i sympathise, i’ve done that a few times — i hope some of these help <3
