Hello, sometimes I want foods, snacks, or drinks for my bottle. Does anyone know any easy sweet recipes for when you're in your little headspace. I usually eat fruit snacks and have Gatorade or apple juice in my bottle. If I'm well behaved then I get banana milk or chocolate milk. Please post your recipes!!

super nummy and easy snack you can make if you like oreos and white chocolate

steps:

1. melt chocolate in microwave (30 second intervals) or over the stove using a double boiler. beware of the heat because it can burn easily. i like to mix in melted crisco (vegetable shortening) to help the choccy flow better

2. (optional) color the choccy pretty colors with food coloring

3. take out ur nummy oreos, dip them in the chocolate, then place it on wax paper for easy removal. you can add sprinkles or whatever you'd like to it

4. the chocolate will harden really quickly. i like to put mine in the fridge to fully harden. now enjoy your nummy snackie!

you can use the same method with animal crackers :)

I hate fruit in yogurt but I like them in smoothies. :)

So get a fruit yogurt cup you like

a half a cup of ice

almond milk (if your lactose intolerant like me but you can use what ever milk you like)

Then just blend everything together and you get a fruit yogurt smoothie.

*Note*: for a more fruity taste add fresh or frozen fruit into the mix and if you want it sweeter add honey.

I you don’t want ice you can add frozen fruit instead as well. So more flavor.
