DDLG Limits or Comfort Level Checklist?

I've searched a bit and wondering if anyone knows of a hidden gem or could assist me with creating this.

 

I'm looking for a checklist or a limits list on DDLG/little space related activities. Where you might be able to list notes & to what extent you are comfortable with certain activities. I've found a few general BDSM/kink types but most seem to just like 'ageplay' or 'roleplay' and I need something a bit more indepth. I am really new to this & want to get an idea for myself what things there are, and I handle information better when I am able to compile it into lists & make notes or look things up as I go to understand each part. 

If anyone knows of something like this that I could work from or some suggestions to make my own that would be great. I am looking for punishment and fun ideas (like daily little activities that people enjoy), even sexy time ideas to list. Ideally all of the like activities would be listed together in categories (like enjoyable things first, then punishments, etc).

 

Idea of how chart would look:

 

ACTION                              EXPERIENCE          COMFORT LEVEL           NOTES
Punishment: Spanking        Intermediate              Love                                 Love except during shark week!
Punishment: Lines              None                         Tolerate                             Would do it but not enjoy it.

Action: Basic DDLG type of activities & action. Punishments, enjoyable things, and sexual.
Experience levels: None, beginner, intermediate, advanced
Comfort Levels: hard limit, tolerate, curious (might wanna try), enjoy, love
Notes: Anything for partner to know or your own notes on things you might wanna try or how, etc.



Punishments: Spanking, No TV time, No game time, time out, writing lines, sitting in corner, etc
Enjoyable: Bath time, colouring, drawing, dress-up, play with stuffies, activity book, little date (date w/ daddy or cg while little), play date (with other little)

Sexy time: not sure because I am not very sexual but open to listing these anyhow in case someone else could use this

So I found recently there are like there's different sites you can go to that will there are like kinksheets right so where where you or your partner fill out a kink sheet or a kink list some things that you're into things that you're not into not into basically you would individually fill these out and then share them with each other and then discuss what you like and what you don't like what you would like to see done what you don't want to see done and so on and so forth I've found that that works out pretty good but as far as an actual Checklist it's pretty much the same I think but to each may find other avenues in discussion...
