Hello everyone! So I'm thinking about having a fun little picnic tomorrow. It got me thinking, what would YOUR dream picnic look like in your headspace? Please share, I love to hear everyone's personal opinions! Here's a few things I want to have at mine to get everyone started and inspired :)

- Big pink Hello Kitty blankie to sit on

-Snackies in my fun containers (I'm packing mixed popcorn and applesauce pouchies)

-My teen magazines (I'm a middle so I love J14/tween mags)

-Pink sunnies

-My journal, colors, and coloring pages
-A stuffie of course!

What a fun idea! 🥰 Now I want to have one.

I like to blow bubbles outside and watch them float in the wind.

Bring some extra snacks for birds and/or squirrels if you are in a park that has them. Or you can leave a little treat for the fairies!

Don't forget to bring water to keep hydrated. This summer has been super hot!

This is super cute !

I LOVE PICNICS ! I just love being outside in general , add a blanket to chill on and some good company and I’m sold.

Typically a good picnic would consist of hot sunny weather for me , preferably by a body of water or in the forest somewhere.

- Snacks ! Easily eaten things that aren’t messy , peanut butter and jelly sammiches , chips , cut up fruits that have been chilled , cold pasta salad , agua frescas , and normal water to drink as well.

- A good book / manga. Feeling the breeze and immersing into a story is prime escapism. My go to would be Junji Ito.

- Music ! A little portable speaker for some relaxing tunes , or even just some 90s summer music going in the background.

- Good conversation. A good picnic to me means having people you want there…. Which isn’t much people for me in real life 😅 Conversations could be about anything as long as it keeps rolling and has meaning to it. @Expired knows how I am with this , if there is silence I will start asking questions and discussions just like I do on this forum.

- Sun screen 3: I got burnt so bad this summer already. Please bring your sun screen.

- BUG SPRAY. FUCK OFF BUGS.

Fun snacks like gold fish, fruit rollups, etc.
Comfy blanket to sit on, maybe an umbrella for shade, bubbles, a stuffie or two, frizbee, and kites.

Oh my gosh yes yes yes to the bug spray! Daddy is the only one allowed to bite me but mosquitoes don't listen, they eat me up every time. Hmph. No cookies for them.

Ooo picnic sounds fun!

Let's see...

A pretty view, hopefully the ocean!

A blanket for sure but also big fat squishy pillows!

Lots of cool water buuuuut also a cold soda cuz I'm allowed to have one a day 😋

Shade! Trees or a big umbrella.

Music like something we could dance to

A game or a nearby swing set and I'd also bring my hula hoop

Cupcakes!!! No picnic without cupcakes, cuz I say so heehee 🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁

Raspberries and chocolate milk to eat and drink. Soft blanket to snuggle on. And of course the most important thing is Daddy's wonderful lap to snuggle into on a warm sunny day.

This is such a cute prompt, and is actually something I've done with Daddy before!

Step One: A projector to watch movies outside on the side of the house! We watched Jurassic Park films.

Step Two: A wireless, Bluetooth speaker for music!

Step Three: Charcuterie! Daddy and I both love snack foods, and we made a cheese, meat, nuts & fruit tray with a big baguette.

Step Four: The NASA blanket, and our matching stuffed frogs! (They have Jurassic Park tee-shirts.)

Step Five: Chocolate and lots of water!
