Carrot Cookie Recipe

1 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla 

2 teaspoons cinnamon 

1 cup butter

1 cup pecans 

4 cups shredded carrots 

bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes 

top with cream cheese icing
