Middle Liddle rules

So my Daddy and I are trying to come up with rules that are age appropriate for me. I'm between 8-14 years old in little space depending on the emotional need. I'm mostly 14 (and very sexual) but when I need extra attention after a hard day or sleepy at bed time I'm 8. We have a few rules that we have been living by but I've asked my Daddy for more rules, routines, and punishments. Can anyone give us some more ideas? Or more reading material that we can read to give us some more ideas?

I would Google phrases such as dom, submissive, sub, DDLG daddy, little, rules, list of rules, punishments.  This should provide numerous articles and jump off points providing you with lots of information and ideas.  From a personal perspective, I worked on helping my old middle not snack after dinner, eating healthy, getting physical exercise,  These were very very big items versus dozens of things you would find on a list.

One other thing that I try to counsel her on is limiting social media usage after a certain time at night.  She has ADHD and can easily get overstimulated and this influences her ability to fall asleep.  It also puts undue pressure on her for self image, weight, beauty, marriage, etc.  It truly is addicting and studies now show that the body craves dopamine that is produced by viewing social media such as Tik Tok and other platforms.

I am truly a very very gentle soft Dom so there wasn’t much punishment going on. Plus, she liked to be spanked, so that ruled that out as a punishment.  Sometimes when she was too hyped up after work, I would have her sit by herself in a room and relax for 10 or 15 minutes.  There were numerous punishments that were sexual in nature, but that would not be appropriate to discuss here.
