BEWARE OF SIZING IN ONLINE CLOTHING STORES FOR LITTLES!

Hello everyone - I hope you are all having a scrumptious day!

So, I ordered some stuff from the Littlest Gift Shop online and shoot, NONE of it is true to size.

Its not cheap but its cheaply made - even though I ordered what appeared to be my size, I can barely get my Barbie into it, LOL.

Its made for much smaller women with no boobs and no butt.  The "sweatshirt" I got was cheap and just a mess and it was the wrong one too.  I'm so disappointed.

Letting you know so you don't get taken.

Hello! I have this problem ALOT when shopping online. Sadly, most clothes are made in china and use a smaller sizing scale. Best advice i can give is to take your measurements (you can google how and have a friend help if needed) and compare those to the size chart to determine if the clothes will fit. Often times i cant even order the clothes cuz the largest size wont fit 🙃

My Daddy and I have had this issue so we decided a few years back to work directly with a seamstress. Yes it's more expensive but it fits and is unique.

Ha ha, I learned that lesson the the hard way the first time I bought S clothing.

I think this is because much of the clothing seems to be made in a part of the world where women are usually smaller.  There are some good companies out there but they tend to be more expensive.  @PRMari Have you had a look on Etsy?  Some of the handmade, more unique items look incredible.  :)

Hello @Runa yes, I actually got some things there and they were good. I was so disappointed with my delivery, had to wait some weeks for it too.

Ah well, such is life. I'm still waiting on a couple of orders from there places, so we'll see....

I  just wanted to warn you all about being careful with shopping with certain retailers, especially if it clearly comes from fast fashion asian retailers (like Shein and Temu). There have been studies done on these fast fashion retailers and supplies where they have dangerous levels of lead and other bad substances in their products.
