This could be something that you are very excited about, or something that relates to this week's theme of "Scarecrows & Crows" If you are unfamiliar with the concept of Show and Tell, it is a popular activity in American schools - each child often brings in a special item to school that they want to share with the rest of the class, and it was expected that the student held up the item, or passed it around to their classmates (share), and they would tell a story about it (tell). For example, when I was about 11, in my theater class we were to bring in an object that you had had for a long time - since you were a baby. I brought in my baby blanket and told the story of how my mother received it during the baby shower, so I had the blanket before I was even born! (I am 31 now, and I still have that blanket!) Another student brought in a necklace, someone else brought in a book. 2

Vampiress Posted November 5, 2023 Report Posted November 5, 2023 During this week (I know this is a little past due), I made my dream come true of moving to Seattle... and the best part is my amazing Space Needle view! I can even see it from my window, but am posting rooftop pics because they turn out even better than the window pics. I love living here so much! 1 1 2

LilLamby73 Posted November 20, 2023 Report Posted November 20, 2023 When I was a really little girl, my grandma and I made a scarecrow for her garden. We took some of my grandpas clothes and stuffed them with straw. Grandpa wasn’t that happy we took a good shirt of his 😂. I’ve attached a picture of what it sort of looked like. 2
