Most often the details are on the back of packets you buy at the store. However, I have been hoarding seeds from the produce section and past harvests, and I keep forgetting what my own zone # is. It's helpful to have a reference. I'll share the USA map. I welcome anyone to comment below other countries and their hardiness zones. I'm actually a bit curious what it's like to garden for those in the southern hemisphere. Another reference I like to rely on is what months are good to start planting, both outside and starters inside. Again, I've been going off of seeds that I harvest myself and those don't come with instructions.
