Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a good Sunday.

This week has been a lot for me, and I've been trying a lot of things to stay calm and relaxed, but I feel like I'm failing at it. I've been smoking more than I should, and it's not helping at all.

Do you have any advice that could help me?

Ashwaghanda is good for anxiety. You can get the supplements at most supermarkets, Walmarts, and online.

The breathing technique of in through the nose out through the mouth pared with natural sounds while meditating, is something I like to do when I have extra time for it. Here's my favorite ambience video, if you're curious

:o sorry, I wasnt calling u pet or something, Just sweet. I'm not a english speaker so maybe that word in spanish don't have the same meaning,

Maybe it could help to try something gentle, like going for a walk, journaling your thoughts, or even just reaching out to someone to talk (which you already did—so that’s a win).
