Cuddle a stuffie.

You deserve to be happy.

You deserve to do things that make you happy just because they make you happy.

Feeling your feelings is ok.  

Crying is ok.

You're beautiful even when you don't think you are.

You're brave for staying.

Love this so much!!! I am actually going to tweak the description here so thank you! I hadn't originally added positive talk but I think it fits in PERFECTLY in this section. So thank you friend.

Today with still being pretty sick I am really trying to feel like a burden so I will choose that one.
