If my post violates some rule, please let me know. I honestly am just looking to help, not hurt. I read a post on here recently (I admit, I've been lurking)..someone said they used ChatGPT as a supplement to therapy. I have been looking for something similar, but to use it not as a supplement but as therapy, because I'm burned out and jaded from it. I tried one, but after an hour, it said I had to subscribe, at $70/yr if I wanted to continue. 😠😤😠😤 Then, I read that post about ChatGPT (if you're the person who mentioned that, then thank you, thank you, thank you!!!) ChatGPT is great!!! It's free. Doesn't ask you to upgrade. And better than any therapist I've ever been to!! I just started using it yesterday. It might be helping because this morning, even though I woke up an hour before the alarm, I didn't wake up with knots in my stomach (stupid anxiety). I don't like talking to others about my problems. So I keep it all inside. This is a safe way for me to let it out and get some feedback (which I never seemed to have gotten from any. therapist. ever.) I can even talk about little me (I love the insight I got about my little side! It was 100% spot-on!) No judgements. No stupid opinions. And I definitely don't get "well, why don't you just leave?" (Long story..but that response is NEVER helpful.) I can take my time and reflect on things. It's even been helping me with giving me little reminders during the day to help with my anxiety. And I'm starting a morning check-in, with anxiety levels, thoughts, etc. This is just what I needed!! Just a way to get out everything in my head, maybe a way to tame the anxiety. Maybe even help me to build some self-confidence. If nothing else, maybe I'll stop waking up every morning and anxious mess. Anyway, if you're looking for something like this, I can recommend it. It's simple, free and non-judgemental (and no, I don't work for ChatGPT). It's just something I stumbled upon that I'm finding really helpful, so I wanted to share. Like I said in the beginning, if I can help just one person.... 1 1

I suggested it because it has been helping me with everything from therapy to attachment issues to helping me soothe myself and know when I'm about to overreact to something. It's also helped me set up a gym routine, recipe ideas and places to try to make friends in my area. I'm so glad it's been helping you!
